Rebecca grew up in the suburbs of San Francisco and has always called the Bay Area home. Rebecca and her husband, have three adult children that made everyday an adventure for them. There is nothing more satisfying than witnessing a child transform into adulthood.
At the age of twelve, Rebecca was searching for a creative outlet during summer vacation. That is when Rebecca, along with a childhood friend, wrote a collaborative story. To this day Rebecca still cherishes the memories of that summer.
Rebecca has penned several poems for children over the years. Each poem is accompanied by an assortment of interesting activities, which guide and help a parent introduce literature to their child. Through different mediums of art, oral communication, and music, your child can experience these poems.
She also designs soft sculpted dolls and turns her vision into doll patterns. This is another love of hers that keeps her imagination in a creative mode.
This latest story came to fruition while Rebecca waited to pick her daughter up from school. It was a pleasant way for her to pass the time every afternoon while sitting in her car. Each day over that school year, the story developed and took Rebecca on a journey she never dreamed possible.
Rebecca is steadily working on her second novel.
